Delete your account

You can delete your TradeSet account and associated data at any time.

How to delete your account from the app

  1. Open the TradeSet app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings (tab or menu).
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and all data synced to our servers will be permanently deleted. Local data on the device will also be cleared.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at privacy@tradeset.com.au. Include the email address associated with your TradeSet account. We will process your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.
